We all know that how you fuel your body is as or more important than how you work it out….PERIOD.
That said, while active lifestyles can promote “healthy” caloric intake (i.e. it’s easier to eat proper #s of calories) BUT are you really getting all you need out of your calories??? For many, the answer is an easy-NO.
