5 minutes can make a difference…

Everyone reading this has used a laundry list of excuses to NOT workout.  We’re human, totally get, and it’s OK.  The one that gets me though is the infamous…I just don’t have TIME.

Again, I get it, trust me…awake early, morning kids/school/out the door routine, work all day, kids’ homework, kids’ activities, dinner…oh, and we didn’t do anything else but it’s 9pm.  I GET IT…

That said, do you realize you can get a quick workout in before you shower in the morning?  Try this mini-circuit:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 alternating standing lunges
  • 20 burpees
  • Repeat this as many times as you can in JUST 5 minutes

Maybe the first time you can only get through this once or twice – if you’re in better shape maybe 5+ times.  The point is that YOU WILL FEEL BETTER after doing it.  You can replace these with any number of exercises but I picked those because they’re simple to do and are repeatable.
